Wegmans Brand Redesign | Fall 2023 Student Project

Wegmans is an American grocery store chain with 109 stores, employing over 50,000 people and achieving sales of $10.8 billion last year. Founded in 1916, the company has garnered significant media attention due to its devoted customer base, emphasis on organic food, extensive food selection, and high employee satisfaction. 

Upon conducting a heuristic analysis, it was observed that Wegmans' logo, while simplistic, could benefit from being more relevant, memorable, and timeless. To reach a broader audience, particularly the younger generation, leveraging social media platforms could enhance brand awareness. By emphasizing their commitment to organic and healthy products and promoting their positive working environment, Wegmans can further enhance their brand image.
